A talk about how I have experimented with many different processes using natural ways of colouring and printing my own fabrics, to reduce the use of acrylics and procian dyes in my work. It will include my use of natural dyeing processes, eco dyeing, Eco print, mud painting, and the use of natural pigments & soy milk. 

A talk about how nature has always been an influence on my work, and how, over the last few years this has developed into using methods of colouring cloth which are less harmful to our environment, by using materials collected from the landscape I walk daily, to give each piece a true sense of place.

A talk about how we can all use stitch and creativity to calm our minds, helping us find a moment of peace.  I will discuss how I collect inspiration from my local environment by daily walks within nature - whether that be in a woodland or on a beach.
